California is at a crossroads.

Our once great state led the nation in education, people flocked to the Golden State for economic opportunity, to start a life for their families and live the California Dream.  Now people are leaving the state in droves.  California is overpriced, schools are failing and our neighborhoods have become dangerous.

The weather is still beautiful.  Our citizens — of all races, colors, creeds and ethnicities — are still strong and vibrant.  But the professional politicians leading our State are taking us in the wrong direction.

Californians pay more in taxes than anywhere else in America.  We get less.

Now California is experiencing the highest murder rate in decades.  From 2019 to 2020, our  Attorney General Xavier Becerra presided over the largest yearly increase in homicides in California in 30 years.  Now, Gavin Newsom’s appointee , Attorney General Rob Bonta, supports every single policy fueling this terrible crime wave.  Walgreens has closed 17 stores in San Francisco because of endless shoplifting.  CVS is next.  Schools are failing and our children are being divided in school by their races – if their schools are even open yet. Businesses are closing or leaving. Our borders open and lawless. Our election security seriously in doubt.  Tens of thousands of homeless are living on the streets.

Perhaps, worst of all, we are in a leaderless state, “led” by a group of failed lifer politicians.  Cowards for whom only one thing is paramount:  themselves.

Last year $31 billion of our taxpayer money, which was supposed to go the unemployed, was stolen by felons because of sheer government incompetence.  Our state’s Attorney General has not investigated, much less prosecuted. The professional politicians don’t care.

It is time for someone new, an outsider who supports law enforcement and wants a California with low crime, good schools, thriving businesses, secure borders, fair elections, a strong Second Amendment, and government overregulation out of our lives.

I am the Outsider.

I am not a politician.  I am the only person in California’s Attorney General race who has never been paid by a government paycheck, and the only person in the race who owns and runs a business — a great nationally recognized law firm that has helped scores of people against fraudsters who have tried to take their homes, as well as businesses big and small.

My wife (a nurse) and I have 4 kids, 3 dogs and a cat.  We love America. We love California.  We do not need politics in our lives. but we cannot watch our State crumble.

My dad was a Marine who fought in North Korea and returned with a Purple Heart.  If he were still alive, he would be stunned at what is happening to our state and country.

Professional politicians got us into this mess.  We can’t rely on them to get us out of it.  The time has come for an outsider to get into our state government, roll up their sleeves and get California back on track for all of us, for our children and for their children.
